Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients:
200 g de pie crust pastry
200 g de lardons
30 g de butter
3 eggs
20 cl de crème fraîche
20 cl milk
Nutmeg
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven in 180°C (thermostat 6).Display the dough in a mold
2.Prick it with the fork. Strew with shavings of butter.
3.Make brown lardons in the frying pan.
4.Beat eggs, crème fraiche and milk
5.Add lardons
6.Season of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
7.Overturn on the dough.
8.Leave it for 45-50 minutes
9. It is ready !
