French Crepe recipe !

Ingredients / for 4 persons
250 g de flour
4 eggs
1/2 l milk
1 pinch of salt
2 soup spoons of sugar
50 g of melted butter
Preparation
1.Put the flour in a salad bowl with the salt and the sugar. Make a well in the middle and pour eggs slightly beaten in the fork there. 3.Cook crêpes in a hot frying pan (not need for fat, she is already in the dough).
