Steak Tartare

· 600g of beef
· 2 egg yolks
· 3/4 of onions sliced thinly very finely
· 4 c in of ketchup
· 2 c in of sauce Worcestershire
· 2 c in of olive oil (optional)
· 1 c in of mustard
· 1 c in of capers
· 3 drops of Tabasco
· Espelette chili

STAGE 1: Cut your meat in the knife, in small cubes of 0,5 cms. But you can chop your meat in a chopper.
STAGE 2:Add egg yolks and seasoning: the salt, the mustard, the capers, the pepper, the Espelette chili, the ketchup, the Tabasco and the sauce Worcestershire.
STAGE 3: Chisel finely the onion and mix.
STAGE 4:Raise(draw up) and serve with a salad or French fries !
