Petits biscuits de Noël J-25

Ingredients :

250 g of flour 100 g of soft butter 125 g of sugar 50 g of powder almond(kernel) 1 egg 1 coffee spoon of yeast For spices in the choice: Cinnamon Ginger Nutmeg Clove...

Lemon peel (orange or mandarin) 1 egg yolk (mixed in a little water)

Steps:

1.Mix in a big bowl the flour, the yeast, the sugar and the powder of almonds

2.Add the butter and the eggs; then work at first with a fork then with hands.

3.Season in the choice with: 4 spices, cinnamon / orange, lemon...

4.Preheat the oven in 200°C (thermostat 6-7).

5.Spread the dough with a roller and cut rash forms (fir trees, the moons, stars ......).

6.Arrange them on a plate stocked with parchment paper.
