Hachis Parmentier

- 600 g of chopped boiled ox

- 2 peeled tomatoes

- 600 g of potatoes

- 2 egg yolks

- 15 cl of crème fraiche

- 100 g of worn Swiss cheese

- 1 onion

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 handle of parsley

- Salt and pepper

- Butter


Preparation of the recipe(takings) of cottage pie :


· Get back the meat with the onion and the garlic chopped, the parsley, the chopped tomatoes, a little salt and pepper.

· Cook boiled potatoes 20 minutes, then peel them and crush them in purée. Add the grated cheese, the egg yolks, the cream. Salt, pepper, mix, please.

· Spread the meat in an oven-proof dish. Spread the purée above.

· Pass in the oven in 210°C (thermostat 7) during 20 minutes.
